Since we are a small house, any cancellation is a loss.
Any reservation is taken into account as soon as we receive the confirmation deposit, which is 30% of the amount of accommodation, and at least the 1st night, except for July, August and french holidays. Deposit is 50% of the accomodation amount, and at least the 3 first nights, in July, August, and french holidays. In case of cancellation, whatever the reason is: at least 20 days prior to the beginning of your stay we will send you back your deposit (deduction of 30 € for file administration, in case of bank fees, it will be added to file administration ), within 19 days before your stay, we will keep your deposit. In case of no show, the total amount of the stay booked is due. Once the stay is already started, in case of an early departure, deposit is kept, and can not serve to pay what has been already consumed and which is fully due.
