Le Portail en Marais Poitevin is the former gate building of the abbey, XVIIth century, with visible stones coated in the lime and local old tiles.
 
Decoration is different from le Château: XIXth century woodworks we found in an abbey, old floor-tiles, visible beams.
Large flat screen TV with DVD, mini-bar, micro-wave, Nespresso machine and air conditionning.
There is no telephone, no satelite TV channels, and no WiFi (WiFi is available for free at Le Château).
